Every refurbished unit comes with a written warranty. We stand behind the work because we did the work.
Internal engine components — if the engine fails under normal use during the warranty period, we repair or replace it.
Automatic voltage regulator, stator, and power output. If it stops producing power or produces unstable voltage, that's on us.
Starter motor, solenoid, and wiring. If the electric start fails, we fix it.
Carburetor, fuel valve, fuel lines, and propane regulator (on dual-fuel units). Covered for defects in our rebuild work.
Spark plugs, air filters, oil, pull cord rope. Normal maintenance — we'll show you how to do them.
Running without oil, using contaminated fuel, overloading beyond rated capacity, physical damage, unauthorized modifications.
These are refurbished working generators, not showroom models. Scratches, dents, and paint wear are not defects.
