Gas and electric golf cart repair โ€”
all brands, on your property.

Most repairs completed in a single visit. We carry common parts and batteries on the truck.

๐Ÿ”‹

Battery Service (Electric)

Dead or weak battery pack is the #1 reason electric carts won't go. We test individual cells, identify bad batteries, and replace them on-site. Full pack replacements available.

Motor & Controller (Electric)

Slow acceleration, no power, or won't move at all? Controller and motor faults are common on older electric carts. We diagnose and repair the drive system on-site.

Gas Engine Service

Gas carts won't start, run rough, or surge? Usually a carburetor, fuel, or ignition issue. We service all gas-powered carts โ€” Club Car, Yamaha, E-Z-GO, and more.

Belt, Clutch & Drive

Worn drive belt or slipping clutch causes sluggish performance or no movement in gas carts. We replace belts, service the primary and secondary clutch, and adjust the drive system.

Brakes & Steering

Spongy brakes, pulling to one side, or a loose steering wheel are safety issues. We service drum brakes, cables, and steering components on all major cart brands.

Solid-State Controller Upgrade

Older electric carts โ€” especially pre-1994 E-Z-GO models with a V-Glide and early Club Cars with resistor banks โ€” control speed the old-fashioned way: through resistor coils and mechanical contactors that bleed off energy as heat. The result is jerky acceleration, constant contactor wear, and wasted battery capacity. A modern solid-state controller (Curtis, Alltrax, or Kelly) replaces all of that with smooth, programmable speed control and near-zero wasted heat. Your cart accelerates cleaner, runs cooler, and your batteries last longer between charges โ€” because the power is actually going to the motor instead of burning off as heat.

Lithium Battery Upgrade

Swap your aging lead-acid pack for lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4). Half the weight, twice the range, no watering, no sulfation, no voltage sag. Lithium holds full power until the pack is nearly empty โ€” lead-acid starts fading at 50%. Most carts see an immediate performance improvement the first time they drive it. We size the pack, install it on-site, and swap the charger if needed.

Why lithium? โ†’
Lithium upgrade

Your cart should feel like new.
Lithium makes that happen.

Lead-acid packs lose capacity every year and start dragging the cart down before they're fully dead. A lithium upgrade fixes the performance problem and ends the maintenance headache โ€” permanently.

โšก

Full power the whole charge

Lead-acid drops voltage as it drains โ€” your cart slows down on hills before the battery is even half empty. Lithium holds near-full voltage until the pack is at 10%. You get consistent speed and torque the entire ride.

โš–๏ธ

Half the weight

A standard 48V lead-acid pack weighs 350โ€“400 lbs. A lithium replacement weighs 100โ€“130 lbs. That's 250 lbs off the rear axle โ€” you'll feel it immediately in handling, acceleration, and range.

๐Ÿ”‹

No maintenance

No watering, no checking specific gravity, no corrosion on terminals from off-gassing. Charge it and drive it. The BMS handles cell balancing automatically.

๐Ÿ“…

2,000+ charge cycles

A quality lead-acid pack lasts 3โ€“5 years with good care. Lithium iron phosphate is rated for 2,000โ€“3,000 cycles โ€” 10+ years of regular use. You buy it once.

๐Ÿ”Œ

Charger swap included

Lead-acid chargers use a different charge profile and will damage a lithium pack. We include a lithium-compatible charger or convert the onboard charger as part of the install โ€” everything done in one visit.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ

Drop-in install, on-site

Most lithium packs are designed to fit the same battery compartment as the lead-acid pack they replace. We pull the old batteries, drop in the new pack, wire it up, and have you driving the same day.
