Why a contract makes sense up here

Your equipment doesn't care
about your schedule.

โ›ฐ๏ธ

The nearest shop is down the mountain

Hauling a snowblower down Ute Pass in a storm isn't a plan โ€” it's a bad day. With a maintenance contract, we come to you before there's a problem. Everything's serviced before the season hits.

๐Ÿ“…

Timed to the seasons, not to when you remember

Spring visit: mowers, chainsaws, trimmers. Fall visit: snowblowers, generators, log splitters. You don't have to think about it โ€” we schedule it and show up.

๐Ÿ’ฐ

Cheaper than a single emergency repair

A carburetor rebuild on a snowblower in January runs $150-200 plus the stress of finding someone available. Annual service on that same machine is $99. Preventive maintenance always wins.

๐Ÿ”’

Priority when something breaks

Premium contract holders get next-business-day response for unexpected breakdowns โ€” not "we can fit you in next week." When your generator goes out before a storm, that matters.

Maintenance plans

Simple, flat-rate annual coverage.

All plans include on-site service at your Teller County property. No hauling, no shop drop-off.

Only have a generator? We offer generator-only maintenance plans starting at $150/yr โ€” including quarterly fuel rotation and pre-storm checks.

What it actually costs at a shop in the Springs

A single annual service on a riding mower runs $140โ€“200 at a Colorado Springs shop โ€” before you factor in hauling it down Ute Pass and back. Our Seasonal Package at $299 covers four pieces of equipment, twice a year, at your door. That's $37 per service call. The math isn't close.

How it works

Sign up once.
We handle the rest.

01

Tell us what you have

Give us a list of your equipment โ€” make, model, what needs attention. We'll recommend the right plan and give you an exact quote.

02

We schedule your visits

Spring visit is typically Aprilโ€“May. Fall is Septemberโ€“October. We'll confirm dates at the start of each season and show up at the agreed time.

03

We come to you

Our service vehicle arrives fully stocked. We service everything on-site โ€” in your garage, barn, or driveway. You don't move a thing.

04

We leave you a written report

Every visit includes a written condition report. If we find anything that needs attention beyond the service scope, we'll tell you โ€” with an honest estimate โ€” before touching anything.

05

Renew annually

Contracts renew each year. We'll reach out before your renewal date. Most customers stay for years โ€” the equipment shows it.

Common questions

Straight answers.

Are parts included?

Routine consumables used during your scheduled service โ€” oil, air filters, spark plugs, fuel stabilizer โ€” are included. If we find something mechanically wrong that needs a repair part, that's billed separately at cost + our standard markup. We tell you before we order anything.

What if I need a repair outside the scheduled visits?

Standard customers are billed our normal hourly rate for unscheduled repairs. Premium contract holders get priority scheduling and a 10% discount on parts for any repair during the contract year.

Can I add equipment after signing up?

Yes. We can adjust your plan at renewal, or add equipment mid-year at a prorated price. Just give us a call.

What areas do you serve?

All of Teller County โ€” Woodland Park, Divide, Cripple Creek, Victor, Florissant, Green Mountain Falls, and surrounding areas. Call us if you're on the edge and we'll let you know.

Do you service chainsaws and handheld equipment?

Yes. Chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, and other handheld equipment count as units under the plan. Chain sharpening is included in all plans.

How do I pay?

We bill annually at the start of the contract. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of the first visit.
